Paul has an accountancy referral service if you need assistance with your annual accounts or other tax or accountancy matter.

Ongoing Financial Planning and Review Services
Gold Quality Service Plan
- For clients with minimum £250,000 investments or investable assets
- Annual fee: 0.5% of the value of investments under our responsibility
- Minimum fee £1,250 per annum plus VAT.
The services you can expect
- Full annual review of all policies.
- This includes all the features of the silver service plan and:
- Access Service-telephone and email access to your adviser or their support team, within 24 hours.
- Tax and Trust service. Ensuring that beneficial tax and trust arrangements are organised to minimise tax expense and to protect, preserve and correctly distribute your wealth.
- Deposit Account rate review. We review the interest rates you are currently receiving in comparison with the leading products in the market.
- Annual valuations obtained on your behalf
- Attitude to risk re-visited and agreed annually
- Advice on existing investments
- Invitation to seminars and events free of charge
- Introductory consultations with other professional advisers free of charge
Silver Quality Service Plan
Existing clients tell us they like the idea of having an adviser on hand at all times.
- For clients with minimum of £50,000 investments or investable assets
- Annual Fee: 0.5% of the value of investments under our responsibility
- Minimum Fee: £500 per annum plus VAT.

- Full annual review of all policies even when no advice is anticipated
- Annual valuations obtained
- No sale required or anticipation of conducting business
- Report provided after review meeting
- Report fees are included in annual fee
Transaction Services
Bronze service - a transactional level of service, ideally suited to clients who know what they want, and do not require a lot of ongoing advice.
- All work is carried out to a high standard and within reasonable time scales.
- Letter sent out confirming your priorities and the advice required for clarity.
- Report issued with the agreed recommendations
- £200 report fee to make recommendations plus any commission generated.
If no initial commission is paid, or it is a small amount, (eg. under £250) a fee will be agreed with you on the first meeting. The fee is designed to help cover the cost of time spent in producing a simple report.
We retain any renewal commission. (We reserve the right to charge for additional work carried out, for example fund switches or putting a policy in trust).
NOTES For all levels of service
Normally for new clients we recommend our "Discovery Meeting" first of all. This is an opportunity to meet us to see if our services can be of help with no obligation. This can be held in our office in Kendal or at your home or place of work. We do suggest a place without distractions such as phones or customers ! We will take time to understand your concerns and hopefully answer your questions.
At the end of the meeting you can decide if you want to take matters further. We will write to you outlining the points of discussion in simple English. The cost of the discovery meeting is £300.
- All fees are paid in addition to any trail or renewal commission generated.
- Our promise to you is that we will not alter existing investments if there is no need.
- The above fees are examples. In all cases we will agree terms depending upon the exact situation and assets involved. No two clients are the same.
